I am trying to lose weight and was wondering if it would be healthier to put brown sugar in my coffee and oatmeal instead of regular sugar? I eat one scoop every day after my workout...3 scoops is the reccomended dosage. i have stopped losing the pounds...is this maybe a reason? no copy paste answers please....my issue is different! its not just losing weight like as in dieting...its different issue!
